Our menus are all about sharing & creating show stopping banquets fit for any event. All of our meat is sourced from within Pembrokeshire & neighbouring Carmarthenshire, from high welfare, independent farms and butchers. We work closely with local organic farms & growers to source quality, seasonal fruit & vegetables year round. Quality, provenance, seasonality & big flavour is at the heart of what we do…
