FAQ
Do you travel beyond Pembrokeshire?
Yes, we cover all of West Wales for private events & corporate bookings, including Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion & Swansea. During off peak months (October - April) we are able to travel further afield, with an additional cost for staff accommodation & travel expenses. Let us know your location and lets get planning…
What’s included in the cost and what are the extras we need to consider?
All fire cookery equipment, BBQ’s, staffing & serve ware, disposal of all waste generated by Feast are included
Cutlery & crockery for up to 100 guests are included.
Additional costs to consider are refrigeration hire, oven hire, glassware, linen, tablecloths etc. We can arrange with local hire companies on your behalf. All additional hiring would be agreed before booking confirmation.
What access & facilities do Feast require?
- Access to an outdoor level hard standing area within reasonable distance to dining area. This will be our fire cookery area.
- Access for a small van & trailer to load & unload as close as possible to the cooking area
- Access to mains electricity (via extension lead is fine)
- Access to mains drinking water
- Access to covered/indoor area to work from should the weather be poor. This would NOT be used for any fire cookery, we have separate shelter for this (For example a catering section of a marquee)
Should you wish to proceed with the booking, we would carry out a brief site visit to assess the venue and facilities.
Do you do tastings?
No, we don’t offer tastings. Cooking a small number of portions of our style of food is very difficult. We cook seasonal ingredients, so unless your tasting is in the same season as your event, its not going to be a true reflection.
Once the booking is confirmed, we DO offer you two complimentary meals at any of our locations and pop ups (including Feast at The Quay) to really show you who we are and what we’re all about, the food that we cook, and the quality that we offer.
Do you cater for dietary requirements & allergens?
Absolutely we do. This is a huge part of what we do, and take all allergens & dietary requirements very seriously. We will always plan this into our menus, and ask that we are made aware of any dietary requirements and allergens PRIOR to booking. We will always confirm dietary requirements in the lead up to any private hire event.
